This past weekend’s trip to AC was unusual. I wanted to let you know what a good job Paula and Leslie did. I am writing this from the perspective of someone that has travelled with other junket companies, and from someone that has led groups on trips a part of my job.
During the plane fiasco, they continued to focus on the individual guest; working on scooters, asking about meds, talking one-on-one with people who were worried about what the arrangements were going to be.
Your group members got information early, plus we all got a phone call reminder in the morning. The other group travelling on that plane did not get this; and many were confused, especially on Monday morning.
Thanks to you for hiring them. And thanks to them for a job very well done!

Hello, Pair-A-Dice Family!
A long overdue but never a less sincere THANK YOU for ANOTHER planned to perfection Pair-A-Dice trip … this time to the Panthers/Bengals football game and stay at Belterra Casino Resort outside of Cincinnati, Ohio! It can go without saying that a great time was had by all and … as an added bonus … we witnessed the first tie in NFL history.
My husband and I greatly appreciate you and everything that you have done for us over the years! You consistently pay the closest attention to every detail of a trip including travel, ground transportation, accommodations and entertainment! Having planned several events and trips myself … I know it is inevitable that not everything is going to go as planned all the time. However, one of the many reasons why you are the best at what you do is that when something does not go as planned … I know there is a lot of activity that goes on behind the scene to get it back on track, but no one traveling with you at the time would ever know.
